Javier is an Associate Trainer with d’Oz International. A young achiever and active member of professional organizations, Javier specializes in inspirational/ motivational speeches, leadership development, efficiency processes and public speaking. Javier has worked as a trainer, coach and facilitator for camps, programs and workshops in schools (Primary to Tertiary), on topics such as study skills, personal grooming, from team building to leadership, DISC profiling to Career guidance. He also frequently speaks on Life motivation, goal setting, Time management, presentation skills and Public speaking.

As a coach, he has not only coached students in Singapore but also in the regional countries like Malaysia and Indonesia. As a chief trainer and Project Director of his own training company with his partners, Javier also writes and develops customized workshop contents in programs, especially in his niche area of life motivation, mindset change, failures and achieving results. In addition, he trains his pool of trainers as well to ensure that they deliver the company’s workshops and programs in the most interactive and engaging way.

Over the past 3 years, some of the schools which Javier has trained in include Chongzheng, Qiaonan, Chongfu Primary schools; Katong Convent, TKGS, Anglican High, PLMGS, Victoria School, Woodlands and Mayflower Secondary schools. In addition, He has spoken to students from Yishun JC and Nanyang Polytechnic too.

He has just delivered a keynote speech at one of the school’s Sec 4s’ graduation ceremony in October.

In the realm of corporate training, Javier has also done several projects in the areas of life motivation, mindset change, dealing with life changes, failures and achieving results;  employability assets, mindset change, team building and public speaking.
