Lena is an experienced and inspirational speaker, trainer and coach who facilitates and consults in areas relating to Personal Empowerment, Personal Efficiency and Effectiveness. 

She has over 20 years of business experience in the manufacturing and people development industry.  She has held a variety of senior management positions, such as Business Development Consultant, Regional Marketing Manager, Corporate Marketing Director, Material Director and Vice President Asia Pacific in multi-national organisations. 

Tapping on her years of corporate experience in the manufacturing and people development industry, Lena has conducted training and coaching since 2001 in Switzerland, Korea, China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore to small and medium size enterprise, multi-national corporations as well as government link companies.  

With her background in Psychology and Counselling, she has also done work in the Educational field and rehabilitation centres, inspiring and motivating youth and working adults achieve better work-life balance.  

Lena holds a Bachelor of Business degree in International Business and International Marketing as well as a Psychology major in the faculty of medicine, nursing and health science, a Masters in Counselling, a Diploma in Demand Flow Technology from JIT Institute of Technology, NC.USA and several other Diplomas relating to Sales and Marketing. Lena is a founding member of the International Associations of Master Trainers and a licensed Neuro Hypnotic Repatterning™ Master.
