Lina is an Associate Trainer with d’Oz International Pte Ltd. A degree holder ofBachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, she has gained over 20 years of local and regional experience in Strategic Business Planning, Communications, and Marketing Management of various multinational companies across industries. She is also aPEP (Personal Efficiency Program) Facilitatorto deliver PEP. 

Backed by her vast experience in Marketing, she has now emerged as a sought-after Trainer and Speaker on disciplines of Marketing and Event Management. She has an engaging methodology of learning as shown through her way of conducting workshops – which is fun, interactive and conducive!

Having been innately a systematic and organized person, Lina has developed a strong passion in good professional and personal organization for achieving competitive advantage.  She believes that the key ingredients to organizational success and attainment of its goals and o bjectives are the attributes of professionalism, good organizing skills and effectiveness.
