The Personal Efficiency Program
The Personal Efficiency Program (PEP) develops the skills of efficiency (getting things done with the least amount of effort) and effectiveness (concentrating effort on doing the right things) both in an individual and organisational context.
The program aims to develop the skills necessary for individuals to ensure that their daily, weekly, and ongoing activities support their objectives, projects and key result areas, and reflect the mission and vision of their organisation.
During the program, participants will:
- Evaluate their work habits and compare them with the Do It Now Approach
- Organise their workspace by applying the PEP principles of workspace organization
- Understand and apply the principles and tools which support their efforts to be more effective, including the skills of planning and prioritizing, and explore options and strategies to increase their effectiveness and achieve improved results in one-to-one and workgroup and team interactions.
PEP takes place on three days over a period of about six weeks, which support the establishment of new work habits
We recently have helped the staff of a large FMCG organization to become:
- 48% more efficient when looking for papers and files
- 43% more efficient when reading mail and email
- 40% more efficient in planning work
- 36% more efficient when working on projects/key responsibilities
