WHAT DOES PEP COVER?

 

The PEP process is unique, and ensures successful outcomes for participants. Each training day consists of a combination of brief, focused workshops, supported by intensive individualised coaching back at the participant’s workstation.

  • Identify team interaction opportunities and issues 
  • Identify what can we do individually and as a team to improve results
